The project began in June 2017, in the industrial part of Sévelin, a new development that now extends along the southern edge to the head of the neighborhood. Favre + Mor SA contributed to the realization of this innovative project of the new buildings on the Sévelin Avenue in Lausanne. The innovative character of this new construction is due to the fact that it is the first to comply with sustainable development criteria and the “2000 Watt Society” objective. Moreover, this project represents and respects the requirements and values of current technology.

The new buildings include a student residence, a restaurant, a business zone, subsidized housing and an underground parking lot.
